Dead or Alive: How do we deal with bin Laden if we catch him?

On Monday, President Bush issued perhaps his sternest warning to Osama bin Laden yet:

“I want justice. And there’s an old poster out West, that I recall, that said, “Wanted, Dead or Alive.”

Stephen Bosworth, Dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, says it is imperative that the United States follow its traditional system of law rather than engage in a mission to assassinate Osama bin Laden.
