The Iraqi Connection

As President Bush continues to forge an alliance against terrorism, there is some disagreement over whether Iraq should be a target of the coalition. Senator Jesse Helms says he thinks Iraq will be a target. Israel’s chief of military intelligence disputes that, saying there is no evidence that Iraq was involved in the attacks of September 11th.

This hour, we look at Iraq’s role in international terrorism. Was Saddam Hussein involved in the attacks on the World Trade Center? Laurie Mylroie, publisher of Iraq News, says Hussein was a leader behind the scenes.
