The Feminist Critique of the War
Conversations about war tend to be decidedly male-dominated. Take Condoleezza Rice out of the equation, and nearly all of the decisions in the war on terrorism are being made by men. On countless talk shows, mostly male guests debate the merits and tactics of the war. Where are the female voices in the discussion? If women had more of a voice in the debate, how might the response to September 11th have shaped up differently? Tonight, a feminist theorist has her say.
