China Takes Lead in Korea Crisis

The U.S. and North Korea have agreed to three-way talks in Beijing next week to discuss North Korea’s nuclear programs. Karen DeYoung, who covers foreign diplomacy for the Washington Post, discusses the compromises made by both countries to make these talks happen.
