Should we capture Saddam Hussein alive? The hunt intensifies for the deposed dictator but there is little consensus on what to do with him if American troops find him. The Bush administration appears to be split. The State Department wants to jail him but there are reports that the Pentagon prefers he be killed, like his sons and grandson.
