In a brig in South Carolina tonight, U.S. Army Chaplain and Muslim James Yee spends his 12th day in detention. The West Point graduate is a Gulf War I veteran and now one of about a dozen Muslim chaplains in the U.S. military. Last November, he was assigned to the detention facility in Guantanamo Bay. Yee was arrested on September 10 for allegedly possessing diagrams of the cells and facilities at Guantanamo. Bob Drogin, National Security Affairs correspondent for the Los Angeles Times, discusses whether any charges have yet been filed against James Yee.
