Enron Plea

A federal judge tentatively accepted a plea agreement Thursday for the wife of former Enron finance chief Andrew S. Fastow, a move that could lead to a plea from Fastow and possibly a cooperation with prosecutors investigating the energy giant’s collapse. John Emshwilller, senior writer for the Wall Street Journal, discusses the latest developments in the case.
