Iraq Intelligence Probe

President Bush said today that he, too, wants to know the facts about prewar intelligence failures regarding Iraq’s weapons capabilities. But he stopped short of supporting calls for an independent investigation of how and why Washington followed flawed intelligence to war. Maura Reynolds, White House correspondent for The Los Angeles Times, reports on what exactly the President had to say today.
