Just Desserts for Martha Stewart?
The jury’s in: Martha Stewart is guilty on all four counts — conspiracy, obstruction of justice and two counts of making false statements — and there’s a good chance she’ll do prison time. This is the first conviction of the boom-era corporate scandals, and business experts are debating what this means for Stewart’s company, Martha Stewart Living, and for corporate oversight in general.
