photo

In some ways, it is hard to believe that three years have already gone by since the tragic day of 9/11/2001. Most Americans have the photographs, the film footage, even the memories of that day, burned into their minds.

News media give voice to instant reactions, whereas reactions over the passage of time is the province of artists. And now, three years later, Americans also have the words, the poems, and the music that examine, honor, and commemorate 9/11.

Tune in to hear the stories, poems, and music of artists who have surveyed the new American landscape and have found something striking.
