When Vice President Dick Cheney warned his audience this past Tuesday that the “wrong” vote in November would increase the likelihood of another terrorist attack, Democrats cried foul.

Cheney defenders argue that, above all else, this November’s presidential election is about who will make Americans more secure, and that Cheney said bluntly what both presidential candidates have been hinting at all along.
