Faith in the White House
photo

A host of documentaries aimed at winning hearts and minds in America’s culture war hit the stores today. Michael Moore’s heavy indictment of the Bush administration, “Fahrenheit 9/11,” is one among them. Now, the Christian right has released a response film that is soon to be seen on religious networks across the dial.

“George W. Bush: Faith in the White House” outlines the significant role of fundamentalist Christianity in the life and presidency of George W. Bush. The film has been released amidst new polls cataloguing the reaction different religious groups have to the president, and to the campaign itself.

Bush supporters say that faith gives him a moral anchor and inspires his thinking. Critics are claiming that Bush’s religious views blind him to the discernible benefits of scientific thought, and that the wall between church and state must be maintained.

Hear about the faith-based presidency of George W. Bush and the Christian right’s answer to Fahrenheit 9/11.
