Bush’s New Cabinet Makeup

It’s been thirty years since a U.S. president has had as high a turnover from his first-term cabinet as George W. Bush. From Colin Powell to Spencer Abraham, eight cabinet members from Bush’s first-term cabinet have resigned and insiders speculate two more might leave soon.

What do these resignations mean and say about the direction Bush wants to take America during his second term as U.S. president?
