Intelligence Bill Deal

Congressional leaders reached a deal today on the stalled bill intended to overhaul the country’s intelligence system. The intelligence bill would enact major recommendations of the 9/11 commission, including the appointment of a “national intelligence czar” to oversee the CIA and other spy agencies.
