Intelligent Bill?

After a heated struggle, Congress appears ready to push through a bill that would create a sweeping overhaul of the American intelligence system.

Responding to recommendations made by the Sept. 11 commission, the proposed bill would create a new director of national intelligence post, overhaul America’s 15 spy agencies and strengthen powers to arrest those who aid terrorists.

Hear about the pros and cons of the bill and what it will mean for the future structure of the American intelligence system.
