
President Bush met with Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and Mexican President Vicente Fox in Texas today. The three leaders pledged to work together to create more secure borders and improve trade, and announced a new security and trade agreement, called the North American Alliance for Security and Prosperity. But there were tough differences unresolved behind the handshakes.
