
Today, Maurice “Hank” Greenberg, the ousted chief executive of insurance giant American International Group, Inc., pleaded the Fifth Amendment before the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer.
Also today, the SEC charged 15 New York Stock Exchange specialists with using their inside positions to earn up to $20 million.
