British Prime Minister Tony Blair met with President Bush today in Washington for the first time since winning reelection last month. The two leaders announced a plan to eliminate all debt in developing African countries, and also responded to a question by a reporter on a 2002 British memo that said the U.S. had doctored intelligence to justify invading Iraq.
