Organization of American States Meeting

The Organization of American States is holding its 31st annual meeting in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Delegates from 33 countries are participating over the course of three days. Secretary of State Rice and President Bush have both addressed the assembly, promoting democracy and the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).

Pablo Bachelet, Latin America correspondent for The Miami Herald, talks about the atmosphere at the meeting.
