We concluded that we were very disappointed and disgusted with the ending. The whole idea that a nursing breast would be seen as a sexual turn on is disturbing. Tom is way beyond a dirty old man. Meri's use of their secret activity as being the positive stimulus for her growth into a good wife and mother was pathetic. We also had serious concerns for Sue Miller who thought up this plot.
