Hello, Detroit! … and Miami, Columbus, Omaha, Geneva, Jackson…

We’re delighted to welcome new listeners this morning in Detroit, who will be hearing us live on WDET starting today. We’re pretty sure the conversation with Richard Florida in our first hour will get you talking — and we want to hear from you. Tell us what you think, on the air and here online.

On Point has always been a national conversation, and it’s great to see our national audience just keep growing, to 140 NPR stations across the country. Next week, we’ll welcome listeners on WLRN in Miami and south Florida. And since January, we’ve welcomed Mississippi Public Broadcasting; WEOS in Geneva, New York; KIOS in Omaha, Nebraska; and WOSU in Columbus, Ohio.

Welcome aboard, one and all. Keep the calls and comments coming — and tell us how we’re doing.

Senior Producer
