		<description>I noticed that Cohen disagreed with Zbig but while I thought everything Cohen said was brilliant, I have enough respect for Zbig so that I can&#039;t write him off too easily.

I&#039;ve been a fan of Zbig&#039;s for a long time although I don&#039;t remember feeling very good about him when he was National Security advisory under Carter. After that he got mellower I think and now he&#039;s Henry Kissinger done right.</description>
