
The Bush administration has made it clear that re-building the Iraqi nation is far from done. Today, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld said that more troops will be needed to make it work. A new interim council of diverse Iraqi leaders has declared itself under the umbrella of occupation overseers. It’s a big step in what looks like a very long road.
